Quality Control

Every flight arranged by RYL is subject to stringent safety and service protocols. While certified FAA 135 operators remain full operational control of the aircraft at all times, RYL tracks and follows your flight from takeoff to landing.

To ensure that every detail is accounted for, the following flight procedures are enforced on behalf of our clients.

Booking:

  • Determine flight feasibility and legality checks
  • Determine appropriate airport and FBO
  • Secure the ideal aircraft
  • Verify aircraft performance and records
  • Ensure operator and aircraft compliance will all FAA Part 135 Regulations

Flight Review:

  • Verify weather conditions
  • Verify any MEL items that may affect customer comfort
  • Secure catering, ground transportation, and hotel or resort reservations
  • Determine Air Traffic Control plan and communication
  • Follow up with appropriate airports and FBOs
  • Provide client with final itinerary and PASS report

Day of Departure:

  • Weather review at departure, en route and at destination
  • Air Traffic Control monitoring and updates
  • Flight tracking
  • Confirm catering, ground transportation and hotels or resort reservations.
  • Ensure aircraft and crew are in position
  • Follow up with any last minute request
  • After arrival, follow up with client for feedback on the trip
